A nice place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   These apartments are in a quiet neighborhood, have locked security gates and two garages, and have valet trash service three days per week. There are a couple of problems, though. If you're a light sleeper, you'll be awakened in the morning by your upstairs neigbors, since the floors are very thin. Also, the place is pre-wired for SBC cable and DSL, both of which are TERRIBLE! SBC is full of boneheads who haven't got a clue what they're talking about. However, the complex allows you to get satellite TV if you face south(Maroneal St. Side, but requires a 50k liability insurance policy(not very expensive).
