Overall a nice place to live if . . . From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I think the overall quality of the apartments are very nice. Spacious, nice fixtures, garden tub, overall the units and the ground are kept very nicely. The only negative is that there were rats when I was there, so I decided to leave. But you could say that about a lot of apartments in the Houston area I guess. To each their own. But I didn't feel like having any extra free loading rodent roommates knawing at my leftovers while I was paying good money for rent.
