Nice place but forget your hefty deposit

We lived here for a year and loved the area (lots of traffic but the location is great!).

The apartments were pretty big and for 675$ A.B.P.

it was a good deal but when we moved we scrubbed the place from top to bottom and left the apartment as clean as we found it...so we thought we might get most of our deposit back.

Unfortunately they added all kinds of charges and when we complained we were informed that the owner of the complex is a high-priced attorney and we would only be wasting time and money by pursuing legal action.

Nice place to live, they were quick on any repairs/maintenance, nice pool, but don't count on getting your deposit back.
