It is allright From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is a pretty good apartment complex to live in, but I do have some advice for anyone contemplating living here. Parking is a problem if you don't live in a unit attached to a garage. I would not recommend living in the complex unless your building is attached to the garage, otherwise odds are you will have a long hike at night from your car to your apartment. Another mistake I would advise potential lessors against is living in an apartment that faces west on the third floor, like I did. The ceilings are vaulted, and there aren't any mature trees to shade you from the sun. As a result, you can expect MONSTER utility bills. I've lived in apartments of a comparable size, and my utility bills are as much as 5x higher during the summer months. I live in a 1 BR; I like the floor plan a lot; it has a huge walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are smaller than what I am used to having in other apartments though. The apartments are very homey, and it seems like that has a lot to do with who chooses to live here. Expect a good mix of singles and familes to be your neighbors.
