Going downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   $400 NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit, plus $15 per month pet fee- AND you still have to pay to have the apt "deflead"- or whatnot- when you move out. Not a pet friendly place AT ALL. Just like anohter reviewer- I moved in 2 years ago and I've watching the place go downhill. Things are breaking and aren't repaired. The security guard at the gate is a joke- cars get broken into all the time. And the fitness rooms are horrible- outdated and things break in them all the time. I'm in a one bedroom- and my electric bill is $200 during the summer! Trust me- there are much better places out there! I'm counting the days until my lease is up!
