decent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Advice: Negotiate for a remote control for the gate when you first move in. I promise it makes life so much easier. If you ask before you sign, you won't have to pay $50 for it. Neighbors have all been really nice and cordial. Noise has never been an issue. Utilities are high (as previously posted by others) and we live on the 3rd floor w/high ceilings. However if you turn down the a/c as you leave for work and invest in some tint to put on your windows (think home depot)it really does go down. Maintenance have always been done in the next 2 days. The apartment and complex itself is very nice. Although, there is a problem with mold/mildew in my apartment. Parking is not that bad, unless you come home at 3am in the morning... then you're thinking top floor of the garage (b/c some people think they should take up 2 spaces.) I have recommended this place to several of my friends, and one moved in recently. After shopping around, he found that the place offered the best option for the price.
