Nice place but not worth it From: mingmanhk Date posted: 1/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   PROs: 1) This apartment is new, pretty and modern design. Everybody will love it. CONs: 1) The price is bigger issue. Their price is crazy high. I was lucky to get a special price for the lease. However, they raise the price a lot if I want to stay. Also, the month to month rental is very crazy expensive. They are charging me 35% that what I am paying for. 2) Also, it is very difficult to find a parking after 6pm 3) Cat ordeal is horrible especially in night time.
