The only real pro to these apts is the location. They look OK from the outside and are spacious on the inside, but the appliances don't work reliably, or even up to normal standards, there is very little insulation, which means electric bills are alway $200 , and the cleanliness inside the gates is horrible.
Every negative review I have read is accurate. I've even met the lady who has pressed charges against the management. Good luck getting a response to a problem. That could take forever. They don't honor the "do not enter" clause, whether it's maintenance, cable guy, or whomever. Don't even bother making an appt for maintenance, they show up when they want, be it 8am or 8pm. Seriously. Stray cats crap and pee everywhere, leaving cat fuzz through every walkway. If you have a dog, watch out, because when they go nosing in the bushes, a cat or possum might swat at them, or in my case, a nest of yellow jackets could attack you and the management, of course, isn't liable. Parking is terrible unless you're home by 4pm during the week. Half of the residents are so careless that they'll box you in, park in handicap zones, scratch and ding your car, and guess what'! Management doesn't care.
Noone sweeps or washes the walkways, trash builds up all week and starts to smell. The management only works from 10 to 6, and usually have the phones forwarded to the answering service, who also sucks.
There is also terrible mold!! You even have to sign a mold addendum and are responsible for any mold left in the apartment!

I have had problems with my washing machine, 3 visits over 6 weeks, finally brought a new one.
Kitchen and bathroom plumbing had to be fixed for pressure (and the water always stinks when it's first turned on), as well as having the water heater replaced.
The thermostat was replaced (it didn't help with electricty at all)
Everything marked on our move-in checklist was ignored after multiple call and not fixed.
The carpet developed nasty stains after a couple of months that did not show when we moved in.
Walls are cracking and some outside doors have visible distance from the ground.
NASTY BEAT UP CATS ARE EVERYWHERE!!! (it's really very sad)
There's probably more, but I am so tired of complaining....save your self some money and heartache....live somewhere else. (unless location and square footage is what you're looking for)
