I have lived with Gables Pin Oak, now Marquis at Pin Oak for a little over a year and I am terribly disappointed. Under Gables, the property was not well maintained - stray cats everywhere and generally not pleasant. The Management was extremely poor and did not deal with residents professionally or respectfully. The flooring of the apartment above us needed to be fixed because we were able to hear all kinds of noises in our apartment. The management did not get it fixed and recommended we move out from our apartment to another unit and PAY MORE! The accounting office was extremely rude as well. I was hoping under the new management things would change but a BIG NO. The Management lied to us about the contract details and made us pay more. I realized this and am shocked that the Management would actually lie. I was considering renewing my lease here but I am definitely not going back. They are trying to fix up the place which is making Parking even more harder and the property even more unpleasant to the eye. It is definitely no value for money, considering the headaches I have had due to dealing with the management - both gables and Marquis Not worth the premium they charge. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
