Horrible Management/Pretentious Staff

First off I would like to say that I have lived on this property for over FIVE years. It was perfect, well nearly perfect, until this new management company took over. The staff before now was friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. This new staff is just completely unconcerned and do not give a damn about the tenants at all. The property used to have beautiful flowers everywhere that were changed out twice a month, now we have little old shrubs that have been there for months. The rent' The rent is astronomical for what you get, which is ONLY a roof over your head. A fee for garbage' You have to take your own garbage to the nasty dumpster yourself! The water bill comes at the end of the month, yet they will not take your rent the next week unless you also pay your water bill with it. So, you have, instead of the usual month that the rest of the world gets to pay a bill, about 5 days to pay this bill or they reject your rent payment and start immediately assessing ridiculous late fees. Oh, and don't think that just because you have lived there just about longer than anyone that you will be treated any different than anyone who moves in and stays for just 6 months. I just can not say enough bad things about this place. I am seriously disappointed and just outright HATE the new management company and I HATE the property and the way in which it is run. This company, and this office staff, should realize that the tenants are their most important assets. Unless you appreciate being taken advantage of, living on ugly property, having to deal with unfriendly, unhelpful, uncaring office staff, and being over charged and never appreciated, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I can not agree more with the post. By the way, the rent has to be paid by the third. So you don't have 5 days but 3 days. It was a change from before but they just let us rush through the thick leasing agreement so that we wouldn't notice it and they can charge a late fee. What a scam!
