When I first moved i noticed tiny roaches here and there. Then after 2 months, they were everywhere! I called repeatedly and whatever the maintenance was doing was not making them go away. After 4 months, I finally paid a professional $200 to come out and within a month, there was not a single one. This was after they got into my boxsprings of my bed and I had to throw it out cuz they kept crawling on me at night. I still spazz out and get tremors thinking about it.

When it was time to move out, I asked to renew my lease. I had paid my rent on time throughout my lease and had no complaints. They said they had already leased my apt and were going to move me to the 3rd floor, smaller floorplan, same price. No way, I said, I have a 3 yr old. Their attitude was like, 'well then go!' They were willing to just kick me out and good riddance. I even needed to stay 5 extra days for my new apt to be ready and they said I needed to go because the new people needed to move in right away. Is that even legal' They were just uncaring, unemotional robots.

I'm thinking of moving to this complex and had some questions since I'm familiar with apartment leasing. Did you tell the office that you were moving out and then wait to ask them to renew? What was the circumstances that caused them to lease your apartment to new residents?
