The apartments are the biggest ones in Montrose that are in my price range. I decided to move here on my first visit! Unique and classic designs, affordable rent, friendly and hard-working maintenance crew, wood floors, friendly neighbors. The walls are SO thick. I NEVER hear my neighbors and they never hear me, which is crazy because I play movies and music very loud. The only negative comment I have is that my car has been broken into. (although I was not parked in the garage under the building) Good luck in your apartment search!
