I think this is a great deal for 795! Yes, Alon the property manager can come off as rude but that's just his appearance and voice which give off that vibe. He's just misunderstood. The guy's honest and straightforward which is all that really matters in the end!

Monthly exterminations. No pests (inside). Nice courtyard and architecture.

It's a little bit pricy with $795 however not by too much.

I drove by this location today to look at the apts and looks like one is available, but no contact info or on site manager to talk to. Do you know how to contact the owner??
