I have notice improvement with the Maint. issues. The office has always been fair and responded quickly to my request. I like the covered parking and gated aspects.
THE STAFF LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING;DON'T TRUST THEM. THEY ALSO ALLOW THEIR FRIEND TO SIT BEHIND THE DESK A DIG THROUGH OTHER TENANTS FILES. Dalcor horrible management. LIARS
they will bill you for false items and blame it all on DALCOR. The Worst, I will never rent from them again. Keep all of your reciepts I did and that saved me!!
