It could be worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   There have been several problems with the management and maintenance personnel here. First the management...They are nice as can be but very disorganized, way too chatty, and not at all helpful when it comes to matters of the apartment. The maintenance (I think there have been 6 guys in the past year). My kitchen light has been broken since January (almost5 months), The water heater leaked in one of my closets back in March, it still has not been fixed totally, the a/c is something awful...inefficient, when it decided to work that is. My window was broken over two weeks before it was finally fixed. The community is, for the most part, very nice, but there is no on site security or maitenance so things are left undone. Most of the security lights are burnt out or placed where they do no good.
