Who ever wrote these "good" reviews is insane, or a member of the office staff!! These apartments are CRAP! I called in a leak a few weeks ago and they cut out the wall damage and re-sheet rocked over it...however they did not FIX THE LEAK! The water coming out of my tub is Orangish yellow, but they won't do anything about the problems so why even bother with starting the fight with them in the first place. They won't actually FIX anything, just do cover up work so no one can tell. Also, my dog stays in a kennel all day while i am at work and recently, after the leak incident, his temperament is totally changed. If he sees anyone he tries to attack. I don't know what those people did to him, but they did something. If he sees one of them, he goes even more ballistic! The office staff is ridiculously difficult to get along with and will raise their voice to you (the person that pays their rotten a**es) if you have a problem!! Now they are trying to enforce policies that are not even in the leases people are signing...WTF'!'!'! Yo u can not legally hold someone to something that is not in the lease they signed with you. You can change your policies, however, until people sign a new lease, you cannot force them to follow the so-called NEW policy until they sign a new lease. I mean come on...DUHHHH!!! I honestly wonder if any of them have any college experience what-so-ever! I did not have any problems for a while so i, like an idiot, renewed my dang lease. (I'm retarded!!) Now I am stuck in this craptastic place for 11 more months :( Also, I am paying for an up graded apartment, and DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE! If you don't like stress, dont move here, It's not freakin worth it!!
