My four years at Memorial Creole have been wonderful. It is truly care free living. The apartments are spacious with an amazing amount of closet and cabinet/pantry space. The grounds and buildings are extremely unique and welcoming. The property has a most interesting history, as it was an estate. The current office is in the building which was once the servants' quarters. My only inconvenience is not having a washer/dryer in the unit. However, there are two extremely nice laundry rooms (wood paneled even) on the property, along with two pools. My huge private front porch/balcony makes up for it. I have always felt extremely safe here, and I often arrive home at 3 or 4 am. The guard is always on duty. My parking space is very conveniently located. Service is very good, and the maintenance man has been here for 17 years, so he knows each unit and its history! We have new manager who seems to be on the ball.
