I mailed the Attorney General a letter, photos and copies of negative issues from this site. They called and stated that they are taking my complaint serious and have also forward the information to the state's Consumer Protection Division.
I encourage anyone with a complaint to write to the Attorney General in Austin so this place can be fined hard and the place condemned. W R I T E !
I moved in liking the French Quarter look.
The "third day" my apartment flooded. The previous tenants came over a day before the flood and ask me why they (staff) rented this unit to me after they were flooded "three previous times." They stated that they lost over $3000 in damages due to water damage.
The manager moved me into another apartment which was STILL dirty; they stopped painting the walls green in the middle of the wall; the kitchen and bedroom was dirty and the cabinets did NOT close; the mold and mildew was so bad I was very sick everyday; SBC had to come over to repair the wiring so they could turn on my telephone costing me $100 and the bathroom had NOT one electrical outlet.
The next door neighbor had a two-day party with the loudest music I had to deal with.
The Sissy Queen Bee Assistant Manager and his lover gossip about other tenants and I heard from three tenants, go into other individual's apartments without anyone's consent.
I have walked out of my lease because they violated the Federal Trade Commission law,
"deceptive business practices act." I have the State of Texas Attorney General's Office looking into my compliant.
There is "a lot" of drug use by the tenants too!
