Well, I had a few maintenance issues on moving in but they there that night (after hours) to fix the problem. So no complaints on that front. I found the management to be friendly and very helpful, nowhere near as much burocratic -------- I've had in other apartments.

It's a proporty with character - if you want a clinical and boring box go elsewhere! Which also applies to the tenants who are anything but!

There's a small issues with the well manicured grounds becoming waterlogged at times, but there is always a dry route to the car park etc. Anyhow, what part of Houston doesn't get a little soggy once in a while!

All in all a cost efficient, quite, social gem in the lower heights...
