If you don't mind not having a thermostat to turn on your AC, and relying on management to control the indoor temperature for the entire community, & having your apartment stay at 80 degrees inside during the summer, if they decide to turn on the Air, well then this is the place for you! Honestly, you do not have the ability to turn on your AC which is ran by some sort of 14 Century Water Cooling System. When they did turn it on, in June, the coolest it ever got inside was 80! If you like this place you must have lived in the ghetto, trailer park, or outdoors, prior to renting there.
