I've been here since Feb 2004. I really enjoy living here and have no complaints. This place has a lot of character and charm. Some of the other reviews I've read just don't make any sense. I live in the courtyard with the fountain and know just about everyone. We are all friendly with one another and visit with each other in the courtyard. I think that some people just won't be happy no matter where they live and that's too bad. And the air conditioning is fine at this property.
