The apartment complex is owned and operated by Wentwood Properties, L.P. Maintenance requests that were made over two months ago still have not been fulfilled. Management seems more concerned with repairing vacant apartments than they do about current reidents. Priorities are definately misplaced around here. There is only one maintenance worker and he is only on property a few days per week. It seems Wentwood is too busy pinching pennies to hire another maintenance person. The entire complex is in a sad state of repair. There is more work needed than can be handled by one man. DOn't move here!
