The only good thing about this place is the location! And it is sitting on a toxic waste dump! No kidding - the residents were just informed of testing that could effect the ground water!

The apartment units are falling apart. The neighbors are loud in the common areas. Parking can be a real hassle. The security gates do not function properly. The walls are VERY thin and poorly insulated.

This place stinks!
