I have been living here since 2003. I used to have a great relationship with the Management that was there but then the property was bought by who else The GABLES! I thought at the time things would have gotten a little better, you know the saying, a bigger company means more money to fix the property, WEll think again. I have noticed a few things happening outside of the buildings which honestly I could care less considering the pipes, faucets, AC and any where there is water running thru LEAKS! I complained about this to the current management plenty of times and they send the same old fart to fix it and he just doesnt get it done. Considering this place is so old you would figure they would fix the inside pipes,AC and anything else that would be health affecting but instead they decide to spend money on some wooden seating around some trees right behind the Management office. How convenient for the management. A few months back there was a notice that was delivered to all residence stating that pets would have to be on a leash at all times. This should and would not be a problem however it was the way they worded it that ticked me off and a bunch of other tenents. They went on to say that pets must be on a leash and any pet caught without a leash would be given a warning. I could imagine what my pets response would be when he sees this person trying to talk to him! haha. Next if a second offense occured they would ask the pet to leave and that they would fine the occupant 100 dollars a day until the pet has vacated the premises. The management also went on to aplogize to all the residents that have to suffer for other that dont follow the rules. Can you say Kindergarten' The Parking is a nightmare, the gates dont work right, It would seem the management would assign parking spaces to help with the buildings, you know have a parking spot atleast a few hundred feet from your apt.By the way the Main Pool leaks from the bottom and water has to be added about twice a week. I am sure the residents are paying for this somehow or number. The main manager is not the nicest woman I have ever met either, she is more like an elementary pricipal than a manager. She seems to talk down to you when speaking to her. I just dread going to the office for anything. I am so happy my wife and I are moving to a brand new house. I used to like apartment life but the experiences I have had in the last few months with this new management has really made me think differently. I have just been VERY UNIMPRESSED with the apartment complex since the new management has taken over. I would not recommend This apartment complex on my worst enemy. Did you ever think that maybe dog owners showed the maturity of first-graders by letting their dogs run loose, crapping all over the place and barking at residents while unrestrained? Maybe you need to back to kindergarden and learn why people are more important than pets.

People need a cause to gripe about all the time. Diddn't Gables barely take over during the summer time? But I do appreciate you letting your dogs crap and run loose on the property. I love my neighbors!!!!!! Good luck in your house.
