I was happy to have stumbled upon Memorial Hills Apartments. Its a small, quiet community. Its also across the street from a park. I was delighted to know that the staff was so friendly and welcomed both me and my two dogs. Andy was happy to give me a tour even though he didnt have an empty apartment to show. He showed me the pools, courtyard and explained to me how my apartment would look. He made me feel at home before I even moved in. I love my new home.

This review is total rubbish. If the reviewer has been at Mem hills since 2003...well "Andy" did not appear until after 'Gables' took over in 2005...so the 'move-in-with-dogs story is total nonsense. Any dogs that are here now must be on a leash if not it is a $100 fine followed by eviction. This property is no longer the lawless ---- dog park it used to be. Before Gables took over, with dogs running loose and dog crap all over the courtyard, no sane person could give this place the high marks given in this phoney review.

Wow Fred it looks like Santa put coal in your stocking. I am a current resident and very happy. I am very gald that rules are enforced to make my living situation non confrontational with fellow pet owners that might not train there pets. I hope a very good New Year to you and maybe a big hug it sounds like you need one.

No hug needed loser, especially not from a fool like you. This is a forum for residents to post their opinions about the complex, and believe me, normal, sane people do NOT want to live in a --- dog park..Get a house and a life. Your phony postings may cause the ratings on this web site to go up, but once you move out the quality of real life for residents at this complex will immeasurably rise.
