I have been at Memorial Hills since May 2005. Overall, the location is great. I really like this apartment complex, but of course there are a few problems. 1) The water comes out brown, but they have been working to correct this problem. 2) They turn your heat on and off when they want. I complained about it, but they just told me to purchase my own heater. Oh yeah, they still charged me for gas even though I didn't use it. I had to pay about $50 bucks for it even when I was out of town and it wasn't on. All your utilities (electricity, gas, water, and trash) are billed as one and you pay it to the leasing off. My bill always average out to $100 bucks, so I never complained.
I really don't deal with the new staff in the office since they seem to change every week.
The 1 bedroom apartment is kind of small, but it has nice closet space. I think this is a great location, but I am only moving because I want a bigger apartment at a great price.

P.S. Gables is increasing the price on the apartments!
