Memorial Towers

Glad to be out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Here are some of the things I experienced in the year I lived here: -Terrible move in/out with undersized and slow elevators -Brown water -Shoddy paint and renovation -Chipped hallway floor in disrepair for 6 mos -Rats -Girlfriend's car broken in to -Outrageous utility bills -Crazy resident verbally attacked and assualted my girlfriend in the parking garage -Guest parking area that never worked. -Elevators that seldom worked correctly. -Underground parking garage frequently broken preventing me from getting in or out. That being said, the staff was always pleasant. Avoid this place like the plague if you want any of the amenities of a luxury apartment complex. You won't find them here when you peel back the improperly cured paint.
