Regarding the character assasination on Ashley... she was in a relationship with both of the men that this resident is saying she slept with. The "black family" that Ashley turned away did not have good enough credit to live in this residence. This had nothing to do with race/color. Ashley is a GORGEOUS woman and my instinct on this whole review is that the resident whom wrote this was angry because her boyfriend was coming on to Ashley. This review was (in my eyes) based on personal issues and this is an easy way to slander someone publicly if you are that kind of person. All rents raise lease to lease (especially in an ideal location). Memorial Towers was built in the 1960's! Any property you visit built this long ago is going to have problems! We are in the city of HOUSTON ~ If there is crime outside... what makes you think you are not going to have robbing and things of that sort in your neighborhood/apartment?

Ok, I just had to comment: This review is so stupid! On BOTH parts! The 1st girl does seem like she's bias on the review because of personal issues w/ Ashley, but Ashley....C'mon, who are we fooling here?! GET THE OVER YOUR SELF!!!!!!...YOU ARE NOT ALL THAT HUN!!!! HAVE YOU LOOKED IN THE MIRROR lately???!!!! You should invest in a little cosmetic help, especially in the face (BTW, Dr. Caravino does WONDERS!!!) Wonder who the f*ck told you you were gorgeous? cause THEY LIED!!!! (Oh, wait....that's probably the line those guys used to get you into bed...Yikes!!!!! ) LOL-- Sorry...but we [Gemini's] just gotta be blunt!

Hum, does anyone else see a problem with the first response to this review? Either management, I guess in this case Ashley, is teeling residents confidential information regarding people's financial situations. How else would this supposed resident writing the reply know that this family mentioned did not have good enough credit? The only other explanation is that Memorial Towers management staff is writing these replies themselves. Either way this should tell you a lot about the management staff here. They are gossipy, rude, and unproffessional. How does this type of behavior reflet upon the management company that has hierd these people (revealing confidential financial information or using this website dishonestly and posing as real residents)? Are these the type of people you want representing your company to residents or potential residents?
