Getting worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. The first year was great. The management was great. Management lived at the complex and if you needed them on weekends, they gave you their cell numbers. NOW, JBI took over and its awful. We will not renew our lease. They havent screened the newest move ins and they party all the time. The elevator breaks down alot and then people use the other elevator to move in SO stand there waiting for an elevator that never comes. Plus all of sudden, your mail stops coming. The post office says it ask the management and they said you have "moved out" but you havent. The pool was a total disaster. Now its fixed but its January. The people who run the place now have shortened their hours and they are not nice, in fact, they are rude. I have never wrote one of these reviews' in my life, but think twice before moving here since JBI has taken over. Im real and serious.
