I couldn't agree more with the previous comments. I have lived here for 3 years, and the first 2 1/2 were great. Yes, there were some major mishaps, but manangement took measures to rectify those situations and acted like they cared about providing quality customer service. In September, a new management company acquired the property and in the last 6 months, quality of life here has declined remarkably. The new apartment managers are rude, not well informed, and never take any responsibility for their mistakes. In the last month, there have been 2 occasions that managment has cut off the water supply either without telling the residents or misinforming them about when this would occur. The building is quite old and is falling apart. The elevators break down frequently and the access cards fail to work so I have been locked out of the complex and unable to access the elevators, gym, or parking garage. I went to management and was told they would take care of the problem. That was two months ago and the problem still exists(I puchased 2 additional access cards at $50 each that still do not work.) I've given up dealing with this management because it is not worth my aggrevation.

Its an old bldg things happen the elevators been broke way before JPI took over. And yeah the access card is annoying but, why dont you go in and ask for an explanation. They explanined it to me. Most apts are at the mercy of contractors and thats just the way it is.
