I have lived here for a year and a half. The old property management company did as little as possible to keep the place maintained and the office management were not friendly or helpful at all. Brian the new manager is here early everyday and is always a pleasure. He greets you with a big smile and a really upbeat attitude that is so refreshing. Any maintenance issues I have had have been handled immediately and is always followed up with a call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Yes the other rating was correct that there was no hot water but they failed to mention that it was for only 4 hours and the problem was addressed immediately. Brian and the new management have been great for this community. I like what I see them doing and I enjoy having someone managing the property who cares about the residents and wants this to be a nice place to live and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Brian for all of your help and for making this a much better to live.

I agree Brian and the new management company is great for the community. I believe if you spend your money you should be able to dicuss any issues with the leasing office / management company. If they don't know the problem you have in your unit or with the changes being made you should speak up and be heard. Don't get me wrong I have visited the property and noticed change instantly. The environment was very different than before and the staff on board had smiles on their faces as they greated everyone that came through the door. I can unhonestly say, I would rather live where people care about my concerns and try to get the job done rather than ignoring the problem. I would love to live where people smile when I come in the office or need help than putting me off for weeks and weeks. If you're taking up two parking spaces you should get towed, if you're in a no parking you should be towed... everyone knows there's rules everywhere you go. I say Horrary!!!!!!! to Brian and the new management, you are the best thing happen to Memorial Towers keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny, how all the sudden these good responses about the new management and manager just pop up. However, the experience here at Memorial Towers is quite the opposite from these few ratings. Brian you must be making new party friends here or moving in your friends. Your professionalism.. well you have none. You are rude, cocky and treat people very very bad. If everything is so great, why did you run Oscar and Amelia off? They were the ones that made it worth staying since the management change. All you do is sit in your office and point your finger asking anyone who gets near the elevators what they are doing here. I would love to just tell you .."Stupid, I live here" but that would mean for me to stoop to your level, which I refuse to do. Old management blows you away....
