I think Memorial Trails used to be a great place to call "home". The mgr. has become rude. Maintenance problems are still dealt with promptly and fixed "right" the first time most of the time (sometimes it just can't be done). The apartments are older and does have a mold problem, but otherwise kept up fairly well. You definitely still get more space for your money than at many of the newer complexes in the area.
