Forget about getting your deposit back.

I put down $600 down for deposit, (200.00 was non refundable pet deposit) and they told me that the padding for the carpet had to replaced (225.00). Keep in mind the manager told me that the manager told me that the carpet was 5 yrs old. They will nickel and dime you for everthing. So, when you sign the lease, don't expect anytning back. I talked to my neighbors who moved out months before me and they were taken to the cleaners too. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
