It's not THAT bad ...

I lived at the AMLI for a couple of years and I have to say that it really wasn't that bad. True, I think I had a high rent, the counters were cheaply constructed, the gates did break alot, the fire alarm in the parking garage malfunctioned often and they charged me a hella lot when I moved out (Carpet damage), I have to say that many apartments in that area are worse. The leasing staff and management were very friendly when I moved in, but as time went by and people came and went, the team turned into a rather rude bunch. I think that has improved though, and the rent has certainly decreased. And thus I think I would recommend them.
