GREAT LOCATION

Parking garage break-in problems and definitely broken garage gate (at least once a week). Is one of the cheaper properties downtown and I will renew my lease because of location. Maintenance and grounds are very good. Hallways are dirty because people are pigs who set their leaky trash out and then do not attempt to clean up the spills
