I read all the other reviews and I don't think it is that bad at all. Yes the hallways are dirty at times but like someone else said people leave their trash out and it leaks. That's the only down side for door-to-door trash pick up. A small price to pay for this service. However they have just repainted the hallways and I feel this has helped. And yes the garage has car break ins but this is downtown living. If you think living a block away at another place will make you safer then I don't think you realize crimials have cars as well. This is the 4th largest city in the U.S. I've lived here since early 2002 and I never had my car broken into. The management has always been responsive to my concerns. Their 48 hour maintenance program gives them a edge and has gotten me free rent once or twice. So I can't complain too much. The people that live here are great and very friendly. Most every weekend there is pool volleyball and BBQ's going on. With maybe 25-50 people outside. The only other bad thing I can think of are all the dogs on the complex. This makes walking in the grass a challange at times. But at least they are bags and trash can for people to use to pick up after the animals. Not that many people use them.
