AMLI Midtown is great. From their staff to their maintenance. They are prompt and courteous. It is a great environment to live in. Quiet most of the time even with a young professional crowd living throughout. It is walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Parking is never a problem in the garage and I always feel safe as a young female. Fees on start up are kinda ridiculout but it's a great place to live!

As a single male fresh out of college, I'm excited that there are women my age around and most seem happy with the complex. For those who complain about rent being too high, I would remind them that it is significantly cheaper than in 90% of the other cities in the U.S. I will be paying a shade under $1100 for my 1 bedroom, where the same thing is about $2300 in NYC.
