Very central location, let down by some items.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Plus points:-
- Great location for all Houston freeways and downtown.
- On the downtown trolley route
- Reasonably new and well kept
my opinion this place is let down by:-
- Space between buildings is tight
- Parking garage is filthy with dust
- Balconies are tiny and almost unusable
- Walkways in buildings look dirty
- Kitchen cabinets are really cheap (minor)
- There are no night guards or security cameras, cars continuously follow residents into the parking garage because the gates are open for so long.
- My car was vandalized while parked inside the parking garage.
