Management is anything but accommodating...

Once they get you in, they do not seem to care about making sure you are a happy resident. First, when I moved in, the Ac and garbage disposal did not work. They repaired it in somewhat of a timely manner; however, the AC quit working again about a month later. The second time around, they failed to inform me that they would be making repairs and I came home to a very dirty apartment because they had to actually replace the unit in the bathroom. There was dust and dirt in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. I spent about an hour cleaning that night when I got off of work. Second, I made arrangements to have my electricity turned on, but given the fact that I moved in within two days of seeing the apartment, the energy company could not make it out until a few days after I moved in. Instead of understanding my situation and charging me for the electricity I used during those days, management thought it was more appropriate to charge me a fee in addition to the electricity usage. Third, a package was delivered to the leasing office on Christmas Eve, which was highly perishable and explicitly stated on the package that it needed to be frozen immediately. Management thought it was a better idea to leave it in a room and let the $100 worth of food rot for three days instead of notifying me. Management said they do not practice such common courtesies. Fourth, a continental breakfast is supposed to be available every weekday, but there is usually nothing to eat.

Overall, the staff in the office are great; it is the office manager who does not want to help or make sure you are happy. I would not recommend this place and I plan on telling my apartment locater not to recommend as well.
