Great property for 20 somethings .

The location can't be beat. It's in the middle of midtown so if you're new to Houston or like to go to bars and such, this is perfect. I'm not a resident but have visited friends there from time to time and even went to a pool party they through last Saturday and it was so much fun! Most apartment communities send out patrol officers to the pool on the weekend checking to see whether or not you're a resident but they threw the party for everyone! I like this place.
