The property is still under construction with deadlines that keep being moved forward two to four weeks at a time. While the units are nicely constructed the list of completed items only includes the pool and jacuzzi. Everything else that is promised is under constructon, may or may not ever exist, or malfunctions, breaks down or is incomplete.

On site management is marginally competent to make it through the day to day management of the property and during your initial visits will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to convince you to move here. Thus, if a particular item or service is important to you, don't sign the lease unless it is EXPRESSLY WRITTEN IN THE LEASE. You should also insist on seeing every document that will be presented to you at the lease signing before you make any arrangements whatsover to move from your existing location.

Seriously consider your other options for housing. The location in Greenway is central and the units are nice. All else is an unmitigated disaster. I am prepared to change this review if things change soon, but I am not very hopeful at this point

This is excellent advice that should be heeded. If you have a security or service/amenity that is important to you, make management put it in writing. Otherwise, you have nothing. Management has exhibited no integrity, even on the items listed in the Metropole Brochure! So make them put it in writing or change your move to another address.
