I moved in the tower in September. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the water running through the pipes all night long. Incredibly, despite the fact this is a newly remodled building the place has a roach problem. It was a former office building. The washer was broken when I moved in and 2 months later it is still not repaired. Management at this place doesn't give a rats ass once you have signed the lease, it's all about signing up new tennats.

Exactly. Basic maintenance is more than tenants should expect. Many lights are out in the garage and we have been here for only 3 months. Have you seen the RATS on property in recent weeks, along with a litany of other very basic property management problems that are remain unaddressed.
Regarding thin walls, I can hear my upstairs neighbor when he pees at night. Double insulation and firewalls were claimed to exist between all apartments before we signed our lease.
Thank you for writing this review. Well done!
