You can hear every little noise that comes out of your neighbors apartments. In the mornings I hear my neighbor's cell phone alarm going off, and they probably hear mine as well. The person living below us plays really loud music and our floors vibrate almost every night.

Pro: garbage pick up (cost $20 per month)
