I have been here since summer 07'. The apartment its self is nice. The location is great. Everything else is ridiculous. This place is like a college dorm...and this is coming from a college student. You can hear absolutely everything other tenants are doing, especially if you live facing the pool. The courtyards act like a megaphone and propel noise so that everything sounds super loud. I can hear my neighbors perfectly through the walls, and it's not like they are yelling. They are just having conversations and laughing. The parking garage on my floor is usually unlit, so that makes me feel great about coming in alone at night. My dishwasher has been broke since day one, despite the 4 visits from maintenance. For what I pay I do not think I am getting my moneys worth. What I am getting is nights without sleep, so thanks Metropole.
