I lived at Metropolitan Uptown for about 3 years, moved out recently. The parking garage is great, so are the units with the attached garages (I've lived in both).

Suggest staying away from the ground floor -- too many bugs. Maintenance staff was always responsive. Courtney, Michelle, and Taylor in the leasing office are all great. Dislike the other supervisors/managers, but over all, would lease again.

Pet rent stinks, but seems this is the norm for an increasing number of properties.
