Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
ghetto club down the street. youngsters with LOUD stereos going up and down the streets 9-400AM. LOUD bikers passing by constantly in the middle of the night! all I hear is loud music and exhausts at late hours. also, if you are planning to move in consider staying away from the main streets. if you don't care for loud sounds in the middle of the night, then this is your place.
