If you are a minority, watch out. My brother, who leases with me, went to mgt to pick up a package for me. He said, "Helloo, miss, can you help me..." The racist, pretentious moron, Ginger, said, "Um, no....we don't help the'help'." She looked at him like he was an illegal alien coming to do patch construction work. He came back depressed that he was so sorely treated. My brother has a doctorate from Rice University, and is quite accomplished. He owns a townhome in West University, and he pays my rent as a favor. He asked me how it is possible that people could act in such a terrible manor. There is a very prominent Hispanic organization that will be keeping their eyes on Gables Metropolitan. They are interested in knowing if other minorities have been treated in such an inexcuseable way.

My initial lease was from April 15, 2006, to Ocotber 15, 2006. Initially I thought was being moved to naother country and hence gave notice for move out. I paid the rent for the last 45 days upto 16 th October'06 on 2nd September'06. Later in September'06, I was aksed by my employer to stay for another 6 months and I renewed the lease. Suddenly I received a call yesterday Oct 12, 2006, form Loretta Sanders claiming that my rent was over due. I went to the leasing office and showed her the renewed lease papers which stated that my rent for the last 14 days of October'06 was due on 17th October'06. Although this was clealry written this woman refused to accept the fact. I paid her the amount due on the spot yesterday and came away since there was no pint wasting time with a person of such low comprehension facilities. I would request Gables managment to put some one else in place of Loretta Sanders who can read and interpret contracts correctly.

I'm sorry they did that to your brother (although trust me, LULAC is a special interest group and would only go after any corporation for it's own capital gain...and yes they do benefit. I am an attorney that has had several LULAC financed civil cases and the plaintiff have to split their settlements 50/50 with them). What is this world coming to...everybody knows its those ------ that nobody wants to live with!
