I have lived at this complex off and on for 3 and a half years. We moved once to a new complex for 6 months but I hated it and was desperate to move back here. granted the pool isn't huge but apart from 4th July I rarely see more than a dozen people round about it.
The management team have always been polite and corteous and any maintenance issues have been resolved promptly.
My apartment is very nice and comfortable. There is some traffic noise, but get over it, if you want total silence move to the country.
I am very happy here and will probably stay here until I leave Houston.
Why do people posting on this site equate good looks with efficiancy or indeed a place is only worth living in if it is full of 20 something beautiful people. Shallow!
