Too many thefts

I have lived in this apt complex for over a year and a half and I am moving ASAP because it is not safe AT ALL.
There is an average of 3 vehicle thefts per week, including mine. The management will not take any responsability for any loss you may suffer.
The cops are always here filling reports and just telling us not to leave anything inside the cars because it is not safe.
The management will tell you there are cameras and a security guard as well as gates, but apparently they do not work ... they will steal your car tires if you are not careful.
It is not worthy to live here, you are paying a ton of money to get robbed.
