I have lived here a year and had my car broken into twice. The manager has not returned my calls and there is no real concern on anyone's part as far as I can tell. All they say is that it is between tenants and Houston Police. There are numerous break ins every week.

Accounting is also a nightmare, they have done nothing but make mistake after mistake and again, no real concern on their part. I am moving ASAP.

What do you want management to do? No apartment community is going to reimburse you for your vehicle just like the city of Houston will not reimburse you. They do thier best to reduce any problems but can not guarantee everything. Have you been their lately they have a whole new staff and they are great.

I lived at Metropolitian Uptown 4 years ago when Ginger was the manager....what a nightmare she was. I moved out after two years because I moved overseas. I moved back to Houston and have been back at the Metropolitan Uptown for over a year. I have never had any problems with management or break ins at anytime prior or to date.
